20g Butter or Olive Oil
1-2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
200g Raw King Prawns
20g Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
If using frozen prawns, ensure these are fully defrosted and drained.
Melt the butter / oil in a small frying pan over a medium heat.
Add the garlic and allow to fry gently for 2-3 minutes to begin to turn golden brown.
Add the prawns and increase the heat a little. Cover the pan and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the lid and turn the prawns to ensure they cook throughout.
Add the coriander and squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns. Combine and serve.
