Homemade Mayonnaise is best but full-fat store-bought won't change the carbs much. Store-bought mayo will contain processed seed oils which are not clean keto.
Makes 4 portions - each portion contains:
169 Calories / 7.4g Carbs / 3.4g Protein / 12.6g Fat

Ingredients

400g White / Red Cabbage, thinly sliced

100g Carrot, thinly sliced

100g Leek, thinly sliced
-
Handful of fresh herb - Coriander / Dill / Flat leaf Parsley / Chives

50g Mayonnaise - Homemade is always best but shop bought will not change the carbs.

50g Soured Cream or Greek / Greek-Style Yogurt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and season. We love adding paprika and garlic powder to ours!
