Creamy Savoy Cabbage
40g Butter / Olive Oil
1/2 - 1 tsp Garlic Puree or 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
600g Savoy Cabbage, shredded
200g Soured Cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat the butter / oil in a large pan and add the garlic first and fry over a gentle heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage and fry for around 2-3 minutes over a medium heat until the cabbage begins to soften and slightly brown.
Add the soured cream and cook for 1-2 minutes on a high heat.
Once the sauce begins to bubble, reduce the temperature and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Season & serve.
