Garlic Pak Choi
10ml Olive Oil or 10g Butter
1 Garlic Clove, thinly sliced
1 Head of Pak Choi
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Separate the leaves from the centre stem and wash the leaves. Shake excess water off or dry with a kitchen towel.
Heat the oil / butter over a medium heat, add the garlic and fry gently to turn golden and crispy.
Add the pak choi and fry for 1-2 minutes on either side. The darker part of the leaf will wilt immediately whilst the white part will remain crunchy.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
