We don't use store - bought mayonnaise now to avoid the processed seed oils and we don't use enough mayo to justify making our own... so our solution is simply using dairy products like Greek-style yoghurt as a replacement. We use this for our coleslaw too!

Makes 2 portions - each contains:
99 Calories / 1.6g Carbs / 4.2g Protein / 8.2g Fat / 0.1 Fibre
As with all UK foods the carbs listed above are already net carbs. Do not subtract the fibre.

1 Garlic Clove
2 Anchovy Fillets
10g Grated Parmesan
30g Greek / Greek - style Yogurt
30 Crème Fraîche
15ml White Wine Vinegar
Crush the garlic clove (we use a pestle & mortar but you could also crush it with a knife) and finely chop the anchovy fillets. Place in a small dish.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
Add the dressing to a green salad and pan fried chicken breast for a lovely ceasar salad. If you fancy making croutons, toast your favourite keto bread and chop into cubes before mixing with the salad.
If you do want to use mayo (either store-bought or homemade), use it instead of the yogurt & crème fraîche.
