Ingredients
-
400g Frozen Cranberries
-
40g Chia Seeds
-
40g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener
Directions
In a small pan with a lid, add the frozen cranberries, chia seeds and sweetener.
Heat over a low/medium heat with a lid on until the cranberries are defrosted.
Turn the heat down to lowest and allow to cook for a minimum of 20 minutes to soften the cranberries.
Add a splash of water if the mix is too dry.
Using either a fork or hand masher, mash the fruit to your preferred consistency.
For a smoother jelly, use a food processor when the jelly has cooled a little.
Store in a seal-able jar and keep in the fridge. This can also be frozen.
