Makes 16 portions - each portion contains:
10 Calories / 1.5g Carbs / 0.6g Protein / 0.1g Fat

Ingredients

100g Shallots, finely chopped
-
50g Green Pepper, finely chopped
-
50g Red or Yellow or Orange Pepper, finely chopped
-
20g Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
-
Salt to taste
-
400g Tinned Tomatoes
-
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
-
Juice of half a Lime
-
1 tsp Ground Cumin
-
Tabasco Pepper Sauce, to taste (we use 1 tsp)
Directions
Place the chopped shallots, peppers and coriander in a bowl.
Sprinkle the salt in and stir.
Add the tinned tomatoes and stir.
Add the chopped garlic and stir.
Add the lime juice to the mix and finish seasoning with the pepper sauce and salt. Do not over-season as the salsa will improve over time.
