Ingredients

Homemade stock e.g. chicken, turkey, beef bone broth

1 tsp Arrowroot Powder

20ml Cold Water
Directions
Simply heat your stock, mix the arrowroot with the cold water to form a paste, and then add the arrowroot mix to the stock and stir. This should thicken the stock.
Making a chicken stock
Roast a whole chicken on a bed of vegetables and completely wrap the chicken with foil. Cook for 60-90 minutes - this releases all of the chicken juices into the bottom of the tray. You can then drain this and once again thicken with your arrowroot mixture. Once drained, pop the chicken back in the oven for 30 minutes to go golden brown.
