Summer Fruit & Cinnamon Jam
400g Frozen Mixed Summer Fruit
1 tsp Mixed Spice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Place the fruit in a sieve and allow the excess juice to drip out.
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 10 minutes to reduce the moisture. Decante into jam jars (we use old almond butter jars!) and store in the fridge. This can also be frozen.
