There's lots of misleading information about what you "can" and "can't" eat when living a keto lifestyle. We hate the phrase "can't have" or "not allowed" because truth is... there is nothing that truly falls into that category. Your low carb / keto lifestyle is YOUR lifestyle, so guess who makes the rules about what you eat? You.
We love to have carrots in a stir fry or on a roast dinner. Ella & Louis use 'normal' milk from time to time. And we like chickpeas so we have those occasionally too.
The moral of the story is... carrots are rarely the problem!
