Directions
Preheat the oven to 200C
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and beat them all together, until it forms a dough
Taking a small pinch of the dough at a time, form little spheres and place on lined baking tray
Press a flaked almond into the top of each sphere to create a little dent
Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes, until slight crispy. They will crisp more as they cool. Keep an eye on them from about 20 minutes onwards to make sure that they don't burn
