A great little dunking biscuit :-)
For the whole recipe:

Ingredients

300g Ground Almonds (or other milled nuts / seeds)

2 Medium Egg Yolks

1 tsp Almond Essence (omit this or swap it for vanilla extract if you're not a fan of marzipan)

40 - 60ml Water

One flaked Almond per biscuit
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and beat them all together, until it forms a dough
Taking a small pinch of the dough at a time, form little spheres and place on lined baking tray
Press a flaked almond into the top of each sphere to create a little dent
Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes, until slight crispy. They will crisp more as they cool. Keep an eye on them from about 15 minutes onwards to make sure that they don't burn
