The sweeteners used in the Werthers' are isomalt and acesulphame-K. These are low carb due to their low GI, but they're not keto. The carbs listed on the Werthers packet are mainly from polyols, so have not been counted when tracking the macros.
Makes 2 portions- each portion contains:
247 Calories / 1.1g Carbs / 2.2g Protein / 26.1g Fat

Ingredients

100g Fresh Double Cream
-
5 Sugar Free Werthers Original (the hard boiled ones, not the chewy ones)

1 Egg Yolk
Directions
Heat up the cream and the Butterscotch Werthers until the sweets have melted. Allow to cool slightly.
Beat in the egg yolk.
Return to heat and cook gently for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Divide between 2 small pudding pots (I used shot glasses).
