Coco Fat Bombs

Fat bombs aren't essential. Most of the time, you don't 'need' to eat these just for the sake of hitting a fat macro. That being said... these are delicious!
Makes 16 fat bombs - each one contains:
86 Calories / 0.8g Carbs / 2.2g Protein / 8.2g Fat
120g Almond Butter (100% nuts) - this can be swapped for any other nut butter
60g Coconut Oil or Unsalted Butter
40ml Coconut Milk or Double Cream
20g Cocoa Powder
20g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Melt the almond butter and coconut oil either in the microwave or in a non-stick saucepan.
Transfer these to a mixing bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients and mix. The texture will change to a thick mousse.
Line a small tray with greaseproof paper and spread the mix evenly, or use silicone moulds like those shown in the picture.
Store these in the freezer - they'll take about an hour to set. They'll melt if left outside of the freezer.
