Cookie Dough Bites (Fat Bombs)

Fat bombs aren't essential. Most of the time, you don't 'need' to eat these just for the sake of hitting a fat macro. That being said... these are delicious!
Makes 15 fat bombs - each one contains:
122 Calories / 1.6g Carbs / 4.3g Protein / 10.4g Fat
Ingredients

100g Almond Butter (100% nuts)

100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

150g Ground Almonds (or other milled nuts / seeds)

20g Coconut Flour
-
25g 85% Dark Chocolate, chopped

1 tsp Vanilla Extract or other essences of choice
Directions
Mix the almond butter and almond milk together. You may need to microwave the almond butter for 30 seconds first if it’s particularly thick.
Add the rest of the ingredients and combine fully. Sweeten to taste.
Using wet hands to stop the dough from sticking, roll pieces of dough between your palms to form a ball.
Freeze the cookie dough bites for around an hour to set, then store in the fridge or freezer.
