Ingredients

1 batch of Chocolate Brownies

2 batches of Butterscotch Sauce
-
100g 85% Dark Chocolate
-
20g Butter
-
Chocolate bits
-
Choppped nuts
Optional Extras
Directions
Make up the Chocolate Brownies recipe, according to the recipe instructions & add any of the optional extras ( :-) )
Once the cake is out of the oven - leave in the tin
Make up the Butterscotch Sauce according the recipe instructions. If you want the sauce a little thicker, add a couple of extra Sugar Free Werthers (the hard boiled ones) - This sauce will thicken as it cools
With the cake in the tin, pour all of the butterscotch sauce, completely cover the top of the brownie cake. Allow to cool slightly, before the final step
Break up all the chocolate into a microwave bowl and add the butter. Melt in 30 sec blasts, until almost melted. Then stir till melted and smooth. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes
Pour completely covering the butterscotch sauce.
Once the chocolate is set, it's ready!
