Turkey & Mozzarella Burgers
500g Turkey Mince (we use 2% fat)
200g Courgette, grated
125g Mozzarella Ball
20g Tomato Puree
1 tsp Dried Basil or a small bunch of Fresh Basil
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan / Rock / Sea Salt
Optional: 1 tsp Garlic or Onion Powder
In a large mixing bowl, add the turkey mince and grate the courgette into the bowl.
Break the mozzarella (drained of water) into chunks into the processor bowl, add the fresh herbs, tomato puree and any seasoning and blitz into a lumpy paste.
Add the paste to the mince & courgette and mix well by hand.
Separate into 8 equal portions (around 100g each) and pan fry in a good non-stick pan for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
