Press-ups! Set yourself a target to do a certain amount of press-ups each day. Increase these over time to challenge yourself further.

Step count! Aim to increase your steps this month, using a watch or app to track them.

Spend some time outside each day. E.g. go for a walk or complete your workout in the garden.

Increase the pace of your walks or runs. Time yourself at the beginning of the month and shave off a few seconds each time!

Follow the 10 minute calming routine each day.

Sit-ups! Set yourself a target to do a certain amount of sit-ups each day. Increase these over time to challenge yourself further.

November
Get dancing :) Put on your favourite song and add a bit of lighthearted movement to your day.

Boxing! Get your heart racing with some shadow boxing or use light dumbbells to increase the intensity.
