Kestival 2022 Tickets: Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Keto Fitness Club reserves the right to restrict the sale of Kestival 2022 tickets to a maximum number per person, per credit card and/or per household and to cancel any Kestival 2022 tickets purchased in excess of this number.

All billed attractions at Kestival 2022 may be subject to change at any time without notice. Your purchase of Kestival 2022 tickets is subject to our right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Kestival 2022 is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduled event). If Kestival 2022 is to be re-scheduled, you will be offered a Kestival 2022 ticket for the rescheduled event (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, we shall give you a refund of the face value of the Kestival 2022 ticket.

If an error is made in the price of Kestival 2022 tickets ordered by you, you will be notified by us as soon as possible and we will give you the option to either: (a) reconfirm your Kestival 2022 ticket order at the correct price; or (b) cancel your Kestival 2022 ticket order and receive a full refund from us.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all Kestival 2022 staff & attendees, Keto Fitness Club and Grendon Lakes reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons and/or to refuse admission and refund the Kestival 2022 ticket face value if we have reasonable grounds to do so. 

Ticket holders maybe ejected from Grendon Lakes if, in the reasonable opinion of Keto Fitness Club and/or Grendon Lakes, the Kestival 2022 ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any staff member or attendee and/or may affect the enjoyment of other staff members or attendees and/or the running of the event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples include being (or appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, and declining to be searched.
Please note that Keto Fitness Club and Grendon Lakes will be adhering to any COVID-19 regulations in place on Friday 8th July, Saturday 9th July and Sunday 10th July 2022. Keto Fitness Club and Grendon Lakes reserve the right to remove from the venue any persons who are refusing to cooperate with these regulations.
No refunds will be given to any ticket holders whom have been removed from the venue.

With our members' ticket launch, if a membership is cancelled in the time period between purchasing the ticket and Kestival 2022 taking place on the Friday 8th July - Sunday 10th July 2022, all tickets bought with this membership discount will be cancelled and refunded.

Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at Kestival 2022. By purchasing Kestival 2022 tickets and attending Kestival 2022, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording (which may include you as a member of the audience) and its use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) without any payment. Any persons not wanting to be part of any photography and/or videography can notify us prior to the event - please email team@ketofitnessclub.com.

Any Kestival 2022 tickets bought from unauthorised agents or third parties are not valid and admission to Kestival 2022 will not be permitted.

Neither Keto Fitness Club nor Grendon Lakes can accept responsibility for any personal property.

Children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

If you experience any problems at Kestival 2022, please contact a member of Keto Fitness Club or Grendon Lakes staff as it may not be possible to resolve issues after Kestival 2022. 

In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials. 

Please note that loud music can damage hearing. 

When purchasing alcohol at Kestival 2022 and Grendon Lakes, if you appear to be under the age of 21 you may be asked for proof of age. 

These Terms shall be governed by English Law and we both agree to subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

By purchasing a Kestival 2022 ticket(s), you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
