This is a slightly sweet, dense loaf. Toast it, top it with butter and homemade jam for a delicious snack! Or, add 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon and 5g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener for a lovely winter spiced loaf.
Makes 10 slices - each contains:
155 Calories / 1g Carbs / 7.1g Protein / 13.1g Fat
As with all UK labels, the carbs listed above are already net carbs.

Ingredients

210g Almond Butter (100% almonds)

2 Large Eggs

5 ml/g Vanilla Extract

3g Bicarbonate of Soda

25 ml Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp Salt
Optional:

Add 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon and 5g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener for a lovely winter spiced loaf.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mix all of the ingredients, except the lemon juice, together until smooth.
Add the lemon juice and mix again.
Transfer into a lined bread tin - we use a small 9cm x 16cm tin.
Bake for around 30 minutes or until firm.
