This bread recipe is great for those who like a seedy, wholemeal texture to their loaf. Whole linseed can be found in most supermarkets / health shops and can sometimes be called flaxseed. If you don't have psyllium husks, try out our original Linseed Bread recipe.

Ingredients
-
165g Whole Linseed (golden or brown)
-
50g Sunflower Seeds (or seeds of your choice)
-
3 Large Eggs
-
2 tsp Baking Powder
-
30g Psyllium Husks (the actual husks, not the powder)
-
250ml Luke-Warm Water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 160c.
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and, using an electric whisk, gradually add the water while mixing on full speed. The eggs should be white and fluffy like a cloud before moving on to the next step.
Add all of the dry ingredients and carefully fold to keep the eggs aerated.
Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and it will thicken like a dough.
Pour the mix into a lined loaf tin.
Bake for 45-60 minutes - times may vary depending on your oven.
