30ml Olive Oil
300g (2 medium) Chicken Breasts
100g Tomato Passata plus 50ml water, or 100g Liam’s Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Hot Chilli Powder
40g Cheddar Cheese, grated (or another cheese of your choice)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat the oil over a medium heat in a frying pan.
Add the chicken and fry until golden brown on both sides - around 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place in an ovenproof dish.
Return the pan to the heat and add the passata with water, or homemade ketchup, plus the paprika and hot chilli.
Cook for 1-2 minutes and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce and pop the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
