This was part of a Kailey's Celtic Cream tasting afternoon in Michele's Keto Kitchen.
Makes 2 portions - each portion contains:
132 Calories / 0.4g Carbs / 0.4g Protein / 14.3g Fat

Ingredients

A glass / mug of your favourite black coffee

30ml Double Cream
-
5-10g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener or sweeten to taste

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch Cinnamon
-
Pinch Nutmeg
-
Pinch Ginger

30ml Whisked up Double Cream
Directions
Add to a non stick saucepan, double cream (not the whisked up cream) and sweetener
Bring to boil, and immediately turn down to a simmer. Stir until the sweetener has dissolved.
Take of off the heat, and add all the other ingredients (apart from the coffee & whipped cream).
Now make your favourite black coffee
Add the whipped cream to the cooling cream mixture, and gently mix well
Finally stir the coffee well until it's spinning and gently pour 1/2 of the cream mixture close to the top of the coffee. If you do it like this, the cream mixture should float on the top
