Avocado & Raspberry Smoothie
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (or nut-free alternative e.g. coconut - carton, not tinned)
50g Avocado Flesh
25g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract or 1/4 tsp Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener (adjust to taste)
Use either a nutri-bullet or jug blender. Pop all of the ingredients in and blitz.
If the smoothie is very thick because you've used frozen fruit, add a dash more milk.
