Ingredients
50ml Double Cream
50ml Your favourite Milk (I use Lactose Free milk)
10g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener
1/4 tsp Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
5g coffee granules made up to 10ml boiling water (you decide on how much of this you would like to add. I added half)
30ml Whisky
Directions
Add all your ingredients (apart from the whisky) to a non stick saucepan
Bring to boil, and turn down to a gentle simmer until the sweetener is dissolved
Now add the whisky and mix
Pour into 2 shot glasses, I like to add a couple of ice cubes to the mix :-)
Recipe Notes
I used mannitol in this recipe, and it did crystallize. so if you're not drinking immediately, pop into a bottle that you can shake before serving
