Fat Fuelled Coffee
Whilst we don't recommend having one of these every day, having a fat-fuelled coffee every now and then can act as a source of calories if you don't have time / don't want to have a full meal. This recipe can be done in a sealed blender like a nutri-bullet, but make sure the coffee has cooled slightly before blitzing... otherwise it can make a bit of a mess.
Makes 1 drink:
165 Calories / 0g Carbs / 0g Protein / 18.2g Fat
1 cup of Black Coffee (can be decaf)
10g Unsalted Butter
10g Coconut Oil (this can be cooking coconut oil if you're not a fan of the taste)
Make the coffee and pour it into a tall container. Add the butter and coconut oil to the coffee and, using a hand blender, blitz the coffee for 10-15 seconds. This will emulsify the butter and oil, turning the coffee into a latte :)
