Greek Style Lamb Chops
Have a Mediterranean feast with these fantastic lamb chops and Sandie's Mediterranean Salad!
If having 3 chops per portion, each portion contains:

6 Lamb Chops
2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Salt - to taste
Cracked Black Pepper - to taste
Add the oil, lemon juice and herbs to a pestle & mortar and mix.
Pour this marinade over the lamb and leave in the fridge covered for at least 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge allow the lamb to come to room temperature.
Cook on a hot pan or BBQ (no oil required) for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Once cooked to your preference, allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
