We use these instead of store-bought sausages in a fry-up, or make breakfast wraps using the Cheesy Wraps mix. In the photo, we served these with the cheesy wraps & Liam's Tomato Sauce.
Macros calculated for 10% pork mince.
Makes 6 burgers - each burger contains:
160 Calories / 0.1g Carbs / 17g Protein / 10.2g Fat

Ingredients

500g Pork Mince

1 Large Egg

Seasoning to taste - we like to add garlic, paprika, and italian herbs.

10ml Olive Oil or Coconut Oil or Lard
Directions
In a large bowl, break the mince apart.
Crack the egg into the bowl and add the seasoning.
Thoroughly combine the mixture.
Form 6 burgers with damp hands. If you have a burger press, line both sides of the press with a circle of greaseproof paper and press the mince into shape.
Add the oil to the pan and, over a medium heat, fry the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side.
