Every time we have a games night. we've got to have cheese & crackers!
Makes 20 crackers - each one contains:
86 Calories / 0.6g Carbs / 3.8g Protein / 7.1g Fat

Ingredients
300g Mixed Seeds
240ml Warm Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Optional: 1/2 tsp Garlic or Onion Powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take 50-100g of the seeds and blitz these in a food processor until fine.
Add the milled seeds to the whole seeds and add the seasoning.
Add the warm water and mix. Leave in the bowl for a few minutes and the seed mix will start to thicken. If there's still a pool of water after around 10 minutes, add more milled seeds, stir, and leave for another 5 mins or so.
Evenly spread the seed mix as thin as possible on a baking tray lined with greaseproof baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fairly crispy. In our Ninja Grill, we bake at 170°C for 15 minutes, then flip them over and bake for 5 mins on the other side.
Cut into portions whilst warm and store in an airtight container in the cupboard. Allow them to fully cool before storing.
If they soften up after a couple of days, simply re-bake them for 10 minutes before serving.
