We use tinned tuna in spring water to avoid the processed seed oils which are often used.
Makes 1 portion:
356 Calories / 4.2g Carbs / 39g Protein / 21g Fat

Ingredients

120g (drained weight) Tinned Tuna in Spring Water - not oil
-
1 Large Hardboiled Eggs
-
15ml Olive Oil
-
30g Baby Spinach
-
50g Cherry Tomatoes
-
30g Cucumber
Directions
Boil, cool, and peel the egg.
Chop up all of the ingredients and add to a bowl, then drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste - simple!
