One of our absolute favourite combinations is a pan-fried salmon fillet with a creamy dill sauce. You'll want to fry the salmon (or your protein of choice) before making this sauce.
Makes 2 portions - each portion contains:
101 Calories / 2.5g Carbs / 1.2g Protein / 9.6g Fat
100g Fresh Soured Cream
1 tsp Dried Dill or 2 tsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to season
Pan fry your protein of choice and remove once cooked. In the same pan, on a low heat, add the soured cream and gently heat.
Add the dill and stir. If you prefer a slightly thinner sauce, add a dash of milk of your choice.
