When they're used in the right way, chickpeas can make their way into a low carb lifestyle. We serve these with our Seed Crackers :)
Makes 7 portions - each portion contains:
95 Calories / 5.8g Carbs / 3.1g Protein / 6.2g Fat
Ingredients

230g Chickpeas in Water (drained weight of a 400g tin)

15g Tahini
-
30ml Olive Oil
-
30ml Lemon Juice
-
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan / Sea / Rock Salt

2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped, or 1 tsp Garlic Paste

1 tsp Ground Cumin
-
1 tsp Paprika
Directions
This super simple recipe involves adding all the ingredients to a food processor and pulsing until you reach your preferred texture.
The seasonings can be adjusted to your preference, so if you want a spicy hummus, add a 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes.
