50ml Apple Cider Vinegar, with the Mother
150ml Olive Oil
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
Seasoning to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a jug / nutribullet-style blender and mix. This will create a cloudy frothy liquid.
Pour into a jar or bottle with a sealable lid and allow to settle. The mix will clear as it settles.
Shake before serving over your salad.
