Here's a sharp dressing, perfect for any salad.

Makes 23 servings (around 10ml) each portion contains:

54 Calories / 0.2g Carbs / 0.1g Protein / 5.9g Fat

Ingredients

50ml Apple Cider Vinegar, with the Mother
150ml Olive Oil
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
Seasoning to taste

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a jug / nutribullet-style blender and mix. This will create a cloudy frothy liquid.
Pour into a jar or bottle with a sealable lid and allow to settle. The mix will clear as it settles.
Shake before serving over your salad.

Nice strong dressing and good way for me to get ACV which I find undrinkable otherwise. I add juice of a lemon, much more garlic and a tsp of French mustard. This will be too strong for most!
