I love these but slightly changed the recipe I love dark chocolate and ginger so for flavouring I put 2 teaspoons of ginger. Raises the overall carbs by two but they taste delicious.

I made these cookies but added chopped hazelnuts to the chocolate, when they were baked enough in colour, I didn’t try turning them, I placed them on a cooling rack and put them back in the oven at 150C for 10 minutes to ensure the bottoms were cooked…great recipe.
