The batter is very runny, but trust the process and you will love them!
For the whole recipe:
535 Calories / 15.5g Carbs / 14.9g Protein / 44.9g Fat
Per Portion (4 portions):
134 Calories / 3.9g Carbs / 3.7g Protein / 11.2g Fat

Ingredients
60ml Double Cream
60ml Your favourite milk (I used Full fat Lactose Free)
2 eggs

15g Arrowroot Powder
Sweeten to taste - optional (leave sweetener out for a savoury crepe)
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a food blender, or in a bowl and whisk till smooth
Get your suitable non stick pan hot, with a little oil if needed
Pour a quarter into your pan and carefully spread it out thin
Cook for approx 30 - 60 seconds
Flip over and do the same on the other side

Calories 147, Carbs (net) 7.1 grams, Fat 11.2 grams, Protein 3.7 grams
