Turkey & Serrano Ham Swirl

3 slices of Serrano Ham (around 50g)
50g Soft Cream Cheese (alternatively, use mascarpone)
Pinch of herbs
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Turkey Steaks (around 240g)
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Lay the slices of Serrano ham on a board, so the longer sides of the slices overlap eachother slightly.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the herbs, salt, garlic powder and any other seasonings you'd like.
Using the back of a spoon, carefully spread the cream cheese onto the Serrano ham.
Lay the turkey steaks between two pieces of cling film and flatten them out slightly using a rolling pin or meat tenderiser.
Now lay the turkey steaks on top of the cream cheese. Begin to roll the turkey steaks up by lifting the Serrano ham off the board. See the photos above which show the direction we roll the turkey steaks in.
Place the roll on an oven tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the turkey is fully cooked. If you slice it through, the meat should be white.
