There are some recipes that call for the addition of ground almonds to help with stability, but we've decided to omit them as the crispy grated mozzarella seems to do that nicely.
Makes 2 chaffles - macros per chaffle:
218 Calories / 1.5g Carbs / 18.4g Protein / 15g Fat
75g Grated Mozzarella (pre-grated)
3 Large Eggs
Spices & Seasoning to taste - e.g. Garlic Powder & Italian Herbs
Beat the eggs and add the grated mozzarella and spices / seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
Pour half of the mix into the waffle press (if you have a smaller waffle maker, use a quarter of the mix to start with). Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
