This was made as part of the '5 Desserts with 5 Ingredients' class Michele ran with our members. The goal was to create 5 desserts with 5 main ingredients, plus a few cupboard basics. For more info on our membership, click here.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in bursts of 30 seconds to ensure it doesn't burn.
Meanwhile, whisk 80g cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
Whisk 1 egg in a bowl and put to one side.
In a separate bowl, add 20g melted chocolate, the sweetener, whisked egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and the remaining 15g un-whisked cream. Mix together and microwave for 1 minute (this cake doesn't need to look perfect in shape.
Divide the cooked berries between each pot.
Break the cake into pieces and add a quarter into each pot.
Add 20g whipped cream to each pot and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
