Meal Prepping for the heatwave

We're expecting 38-40 degree heat over the next couple of days. And the last thing we'll want to do is cook! So, here are some ideas to quickly prep in advance for quick, cool meals.



These are quick to prep and store in the fridge for around 3 days. They're perfect to eat cold and have a good amount of protein whilst not feeling too heavy.

Or, cook your protein of choice (we've cooked some chicken breast pieces & burgers) and simply serve with a side like these listed below.
